• Each student attending East Dubuque Schools has a personal meal account. This account is used to make purchases and add payments. 

    All students are required to have a school ID to access his/her account during breakfast & lunch. Students are not allowed to use an ID card that does not belong to them.

    There is a $5.00 replacement fee for lost ID cards.

    A full meal activity report is available by contacting the Food Service Director directly.

  • Payment options include cash, check or online payment. 

    Elementary students should give any lunch money to his/her teacher (or as instructed). Payments are applied to your students lunch account by the Food Service Director. All payments will be applied as noted on the check. A single check may be written out for multiple students (example: Jane @ Elementary, Jon @ the JH and Malcolm @ the HS) and will be split accordingly, either as noted or divided to give each student a positive balance.

    Junior High/High School students can take his/her lunch money to the office or give it to the Food Service Director when going through the lunch line. Payments are applied to your students lunch account by the Food Service Director. All payments will be applied as noted on the check. A single check may be written out for multiple students (example: Jane @ Elementary, Jon @ the JH and Malcolm @ the HS) and will be split accordingly, either as noted or divided to give each student a positive balance.
